XThai CCTV News Group is a fast-growing online news media company dedicated to creating influential digital content. We are looking for a Thai webmaster who is passionate and familiar with social media to join our team at Asia Research Hub. You will be responsible for operating and managing the company’s accounts and website content on overseas social platforms (such as X, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.), and increasing brand exposure in Thailand and regional markets. Main Responsibilities |
Responsible for the company’s daily operations and content updates on overseas social media platforms (including X, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.). |
Plan and produce appropriate digital content (such as posts, pictures, and short videos) based on the characteristics of each platform to increase user interaction and attention. |
Monitor social media data (e.g., click-through rate, forwarding volume, follower growth) and use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to optimize operational strategies. |
Work with the team to participate in website content management (such as WordPress CMS updates) and cross-platform special event planning. |
Ensure that all content complies with Thai laws and regulations and the community standards of each platform. |
Qualifications |
Nationality requirements: Thai (in compliance with Thai labor laws). |
Education: College degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. |
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media operations or digital marketing. Applicants who are familiar with overseas social platforms are preferred. |
Languages |
Proficient in Thai (written and spoken). |
Applicants with Chinese or English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading and writing) will be given priority. |
Skill |
Familiar with the operating rules and ecology of overseas social media platforms (such as X, Facebook, Instagram, LINE). |
Have basic image or video editing skills (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere). |
Knowledge of SEO, social media data analysis and content strategy is a plus. |
Other requirements: Sensitive to digital trends, creative thinking and good time management skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. |
Salary and Benefits |
Salary: Negotiable based on experience (starting from 30,000-60,000 THB per month, in line with Thailand’s minimum wage and digital media industry standards). |
Welfare: |
Complies with the provisions of the Thai Labour Protection Act (1998), including paid annual leave (at least 6 days per year), sick leave (up to 30 days per year) and statutory holidays. |

Provide social media operation-related training and career development opportunities. |
Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (subject to the maximum of 48 hours per week stipulated by Thai labor law). |
